Whether for a family party, wedding, special occasion or corporate event. We bring our ingredients and equipment and create our fusion dishes in your kitchen. We also offer consultancy services and the opportunity to learn from PAPA L himself in a team building or social cooking workshop.
Bowls and plates of tasty food in the middle of the table, all shared while discussing the day’s events. No need to be formal or stuffy; everyone gets stuck in and isn’t afraid to lick their fingers or wipe their plate clean with bread.
this is the most popular dish with our clients for many reasons. Lamb chump chop is marinated for over 24 hours in PAPA L’s secret marinade and served with sweet potato, cooked 3 different ways: purée, pistou and crisp.

fresh king tiger prawns are marinated for over 24 hours in PAPA L’s marinade and then grilled and finished off with our homemade compound butter. This gives it a fresh, juicy, spicy and succulent taste that will leave you cleaning your plate.

confit duck legs, slow cooked in goose fat until tender, then marinated in PAPA L’s mild marinade. Served with a colourful and flavour-packed salad with carrots, mange tout, chilli, spring onions and mooli, dressed with fresh mango, lime zest, lime juice and a bit of the mild marinade to give it that exotic feeling.

red mullet fillets are marinated in PAPA L’s mild marinade and pan-fried until crispy. Served with a very light fish and vegetable broth and slow-cooked saffron lemon rice, refreshing in taste and golden in colour.

this classic dish which I adapted to make my own is fresh, tangy and a perfect way to end a meal without it being too heavy. The cinnamon brioche with the lemon & honey combine well and it’s a match made in heaven.
